On our website, we only collect personal information required to improve the services we offer, to improve our site content and, with your permission, to contact you with information about our services. This limitation on monetary damages will not apply to claims relating to death, or personal injuries, which arise out of products deemed to be consumer goods under applicable law. Your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using and accessing this website. To the extent the jurisdiction to which you are subject does not allow certain other limitations, such limitations, which are not permitted do not apply.

4. Information we collect on our site: You can visit all public areas of our site without providing any personal information about yourself. Our website collects only non-personal information based on a visitor's Internet Protocol (IP) address (this is not personally identifiable). Information collected includes the date and time of visit, the type of Internet browser used to access the site, the referring address (the link a visitor uses to access the site). This data is used to create statistics on site usage and improve online services.
Communication and news subscriptions require the collection of personal contact information, and are solely for the use of Association staff to deliver communications to subscribers.
"Event Registration", requires the collection of personal and payment information in order to purchase passes and to participate in some Association events. The Member Access portal requires the collection of personal information and is solely for the use of Association Members, Board Members, Committees, Management, and Staff of the OMA. To enter the Member Access area, a user does require a registration process and identification of a special "User Name" and "Password". All personal and payment information collected is done so in a SSL Server Authentication environment.
All information collected is used solely for the purposes of communication, purchasing of event passes, security, and site management.
5. Links: Our website contains links to many other web sites that are part of, or affiliated with, the OMA. These links and references are provided to you as a convenience only.
The OMA does not expressly, or impliedly, endorse these websites or any information or material contained within such links. The OMA does not assume any responsibility for any such other websites, information or material posted thereon, or products or services offered thereon. When you leave the OMA site to visit one of these other sites, the only information transferred to the new site is the fact that you came from the OMA website. Transmission of this referring address allows other sites to monitor their own web traffic, but does not disclose any personal information about you.

6. Bulletin Boards, Blogs and Discussion Page Areas: This web site may include bulletin boards and discussion pages which allow communication and feedback to the OMA and its users. The OMA reserves the right at all times to monitor, edit, refuse to post, or to remove, any information or materials, in whole or in part, that in the OMA's sole discretion are objectionable, or in violation of any of the terms contained herein, and to deny any user access to the website. Users accessing the Bulletin Boards, Blogs or Discussion Page areas agree not to:
